THE SMALL PRINT
We want you to LOVE your St Saviours hat, so it’s important for you, our beloved customer, to understand the terms and conditions of ordering online with St Saviours.
All hats are made to order.
You will be advised via email of an estimated delivery date when you order – but we aim to complete and send all orders within 7 days. We will keep you up to date so you know when to expect your hat.
If you require something sooner, please email us and we will let you know what we can do. For orders of a special nature, or out-of-stock sizes, construction times may be slightly longer – but we will let you know, so you are well informed at all times.
Returns, refunds and exchanges
Each hat is made by us, to exacting standards, but if you feel there is a production fault, please get in touch as soon as possible (must be within 7 days of receipt of goods). Under normal circumstances, all our hats are made to order and are therefore non-returnable and non-refundable.
Please make sure you choose the correct size hat before you order by making good use of the measuring advice, found here.
Depending on the circumstance, exchanges may be offered – but this is purely at the discretion of St Saviours management.
